We've streamlined the custom manufacturing process so that working with a factory in Thailand is simple, clear, and risk-free. Here's exactly what happens from your first message to your gear arriving at your gym.
Send us your requirements via our contact form or WhatsApp. Tell us what products you need, your approximate quantities, and your timeline. No need for full specs yet — we'll guide you through the details.
We review your requirements and send a detailed quote within 1–2 business days. This includes itemised pricing, production time estimates, shipping options, and minimum order quantities.
Once you've accepted the quote, our design team creates digital mockups of your products. Revisions are included until you're 100% happy.
When you approve the mockup, we issue a final invoice. Production begins once the 60% deposit is received. Everything locked in writing.
Your order enters our production facility. Regular QC checkpoints throughout. You'll receive production updates and pre-shipment photos before anything is packed.
After you approve the pre-shipment photos and settle the remaining 40% balance, your order ships worldwide via our trusted freight partners.
Payment Terms
We accept bank transfer (T/T). All invoices are issued in USD. The balance payment is required after you've approved pre-shipment QC photos.
